Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within up to 3 working days.
    • Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day will be shipped the same day (pending payment and stock availability).
    • Orders after 12:00 will ship the next business day.
    • Orders on Sundays or holidays will ship the following Monday or next working day.
  • Shipping Limitations: We cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or certain rural areas, which may require additional delivery time. Customized orders will take an additional 3 working days to ship.
  • Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any state taxes or duties. We cannot predict which shipments will incur these fees.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. For inquiries, please contact us at support@giftingcare.in.

Order Cancellation

  • By User: You may cancel your order within 6 hours without penalty (except for a 4% bank charge). Cancellations can only be made if the order status is “pending.” Email our support team with your order number to request a cancellation.
  • By Giftingcare: We reserve the right to cancel any order for incorrect pricing or other reasons, with a full refund provided.

Additional Notes

  • If a delivery issue arises due to incorrect information provided by the user, any re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Cancellation by Giftingcare

  • Giftingcare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons, regardless of confirmation or payment status. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • If delivery issues occur due to user error (e.g., incorrect address), any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

Replacement/Return Policy

  • Return Window: Requests for replacements or returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery, except for the following cases:
    1. Used or opened items
    2. Items not in original condition
    3. Damaged items received
  • Eligible Cases for Replacement: We will replace items at no extra cost if:
    • The item is damaged during transit
    • There is a manufacturing defect
    • A wrong item is delivered
  • Return Process: To initiate a return:
    1. Email us your order number and reason for return.
    2. Wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back.
  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for items returned without our prior confirmation.

Our Return Policy:

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours after the product is delivered and must not be part of above list.
  • In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.


Refund Policy by Giftingcare

Goods Unavailability or Service Issues

  • Replacement Availability: If a replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternatives, but the final choice rests with the customer.
  • Order Delays: If we confirm an order but are unable to ship on time, a full refund will be issued upon customer request if the product is unavailable.
  • Delivery Area Issues: A full refund will be given for courier products if the delivery address is outside our service area.

Customer Refund Requests

  • Partial Refunds: If a customer opts not to take a suitable replacement, a refund of 75% of the order cost will be issued.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed and transferred only after the returned product is received and passes a quality check.
