These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GiftingCare website and services. By accessing or using our site, you accept these terms in full. GiftingCare may modify these terms at any time.
- Order Process: Information and products on our website are an “invitation to offer.” When you place an order, it’s your “offer,” which we can accept or decline at our discretion.
- Product Display: We have made every effort to accurately display the size and color of our products on the site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the true colors of the products.
- Liability Disclaimer: GiftingCare is not responsible for any damages users may experience while using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue or data due to delays, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by the vendor. Our liability disclaimer covers any damages or injuries from performance failures, negligence, defects, errors, interruptions, computer viruses, communication issues, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or related problems, regardless of the cause.
- Pricing: The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of GiftingCare.
- Order Cancellation: Request for cancellations of orders once placed on GiftingCare shall not be cancelled
- Incorrect Pricing: We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing, regardless of order confirmation. Refunds will be issued if payment has been received.
- Delivery Issues: If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by GiftingCare for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
- User Information: Users must provide accurate information. GiftingCare can verify details and may refuse service if information is found to be false.
- Credit Card Fraud: GiftingCare is not liable for credit card fraud. Users must use their own cards and prove any fraudulent claims.
- Complaint Period: Complaints will not be addressed after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Indore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
